Content is key to getting your business & products known. This is why I wanted to share 4 reasons content is important in your business. Even though there is an ocean of content online & more is created every single day. It’s your way to connect with your audience before you ask for that sale. Or in another way, if that made you feel nice inside, Your content helps people get to know about you  & what you offer. So when they need or want to purchase, the decision on whether your products are a good fit will be easier to make as they got to know you via your content.

1: The world wide web  is a huge place

Your content shows the world wide web that you exist. Actually many people forget that the internet is a huge place. And because of this, you have to place your content in more places than just on your blog.

2: Show people your expertise

Your content helps you to spread your knowledge, experience, message, and your products | services to those who consume them. If you don’t share your content then people can’t identify with you. They can’t figure out whether what you offer is for them or not.

 

3 Share the content love 

Your content plus social media love equals more reach. If you share your content you give people the chance to resonate with it & connect with it. When that happens most of the time people will share it with their social circle. If someone resonates with it again, they may reshare it with their social circle. You are then getting people to see your content without the work. Plus let me remind you of how viral connect becomes viral. I don’t want you to focus on going viral, but merely to show you it stays with your connection, connecting with the right people.

4: Resharing is a must

 

Don’t be afraid to reshare your content. The fact you spend so much time creating it whether it took days, weeks, even months if you are doing research,  interviews etc. Putting it on your blog & pressing publish and sharing it say to Twitter /or Facebook is not enough. if you share your content on Facebook and say 10 people get to see it. Is that really enough people or does your content just deserve more people seeing it. I think your content deserves way more people seeing it online.

The more people who get to see it, the more people who can resonate with it and get to know you.  Plus by sharing your content you allow people to remember you, & that what you want. By sharing your content in different ways you can capture people’s attention in different ways. So the same content and be seen by different people. When you create the content once.
