I have been doing my rounds of business information overload, when I came across a post that was very refreshing to see. It did not talk in jargon; throw meaningless numbers or facts your way it simply went straight to the point. In this day and age those who are considering to start their own business from home need reflected inspiration which this post had. Often you can picture yourself in the same scenario to then read something that makes you think ‘Oh that’s not me’ or ‘I couldn’t do that’.

Even though the post does not go in-depth with details finding out more about the businesses featured is not a hard task to do, I’m sure the famous “Google” will be at hand to help. This post also shows that even though a business started from your kitchen table, you don’t have to then move it to office space. These business are exactly where they where when they started.

  • We too have a home based business. We start with my original sculptures and designs which we make into rubber push molds and texture mats for polymer clay and other clays. We do everything from making the molds here at our home to shipping to our customers. Several places around the house do double duty serving both home and business. We have a website, do a few shows and retreats and are on Amazon. ‘Wouldn’t have it any other way.

    • Hi Penni Jo

Sounds like a very flexible home based business you have. It is nice to work and live from the same place. Sometimes you have to have a little more strictness as its easy to be working on your business, then stop to do something on the home. I find i do that sometimes, then i switch back to work mode.

      Blessings Janet
