A Customer Wowed Me!

how a customer wowed me

A while back I wrote a post titled “A Simple Way to WOW your New Customers“, in it I explain small things you can do to wow your customer. By showing them you went that extra mile, helps them decide whether or not to buy from you again for that next special gift.

Well like as I always say “I practice what I preach”. Hell yeah, I do and because of me doing an extra job just because I could and wanted to, the customer became a friend who to my surprise showed me with gifts. Gifts her handmade business produces.

May I also add she is internationally based and is kicking ass in her business niche. So how did this come about I hear you ask, well take a seat, let me tell you the short tale 🙂

I designed a service called Brightening Image Genie Service, for creatives like yourself. Yes, there are programs that can do the same job online, However like everything else we don’t always want to do that task or job.  You don’t have to be a Jack or should I say Jill of all trades because you are the boss and you run things.

Actually, it’s quite the reverse, you are the boss so get others to help you, spread the load. Learn the word delegate and its power to help you share the workload when you are ready to do so.

Back to my Brightness Image Genie Service, she checked my service out. I gave her more in value than the price she paid and we grew from there.

The lady in question is DRUM ROLL pleaseeeeee: Rebekah, she is the owner of business schoolofwash.com. Below are pictures of the products share kindly sent me.

I feel so blessed Thank you Rebekah …

Now go my friend and shower your customer too 🙂
