Let me share productive, realistic, and helpful ways you can add certain elements in to the business. This will help you to make your business become more sustainable for years to come.

Who are you talking to? Is it business to business or business OR business to customer? It can’t be both even though you may see it happening. How often do you see The owners of Apple, Harrods talk to business owners? You don’t You see them selling their products through storytelling in their content.

A bad customer experience

Someone is not happy, you have not been able to help them. DO NOT share your upset OR rant about it via IG or any of your business marketing platforms.
It’s not professional. If you air your upset to the public, that can stop others from doing business with you. Just in case they get issues and you do the same with their problems.
Help the person the best you can. But unfortunately, not everyone can be helped. As long as you did all you could do to help better the situation, you can’t do anymore.
Your profile
Your buyer profile bio needs to be point. People need to know who you are, and what you sell in the 1st 5 seconds of your profile. That way they can make an informed decision on whether your business is for them or not.  Use a link tree site or create one on your website and help control those who choose to go further with your business.
