Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

This recipe is really simple, no cooking involved which is great. Even though the title says strawberries, it's not set in stone

Ingredients
large bar of chocolate (cadbury's dairy milk)
20 - 25 strawberries with stalks still attached
foil paper
large plate (that fits into your freezer)

Methods
1 Cover your plate with the foil, set to one side also

2 Prepare your strawberries by washing them thoroughly
3 Then pat your strawberries dry using kitchen towels and set to one side

4 Melt your chocolate in a pan on your hob, on gas mark 2-3
5 Continuously stir with a wooden spoon, so not to allow the chocolate to stick
6 When completed melted, hold your strawberry by it's stalk and dip it into your chocolate. About 1/2 - 3/4's of the way up the strawberry.
7 Then place your your foil covered plate.
8 Continue steps 6 and 7 until all your strawberries are covered the freezer to set.

Serves 4-5 or in my case just for 1 :)

Tips

If you donn't like strawberries then use any fruit you like. You could even create a fruit bowl of chocolate dipped fruit.

Add a little more with the chocolate by using finely chopped nuts. Dip the fruit into the chocolate and then the nuts, then freeze.
