How to Create 1 Months Blog Posts Within 1 Hour

I’m going to show you how you can create one month’s worth of blog posts within an hour. Yes, you heard it right, within just one hour. I know you might think I’m crazy. You’re probably wondering how that’s even possible. Well, let me tell you, it can be done.

Have you ever had blog posts that were supposed to be scheduled for the next week, but then that week comes and the post hasn’t been written, hasn’t even been thought of? It’s still lingering on your to-do list. Well, that’s something we want to avoid. With this one-month blogging plan, we’ll have four posts ready, one for each week, and each of these bare-bones posts should only take you around 15 minutes to create. Can you imagine having a whole month of blog posts pre-scheduled? That means you can focus on other things without worrying about blogging. You won’t be thinking, ‘Oh no, I should be writing a blog post right now,’ because it’s already taken care of. That’s the goal I want you to achieve.

So, let’s get started with four types of blog posts that you can create, each in just 15 minutes, and have them ready to go whenever you need them.

Number one:

‘What Are You Working on Now?’ Think about it. As a creative business owner, you’re always working on something. New ideas, sketches, products, website updates, and more. Share these ongoing projects with your readers. Every time you ask yourself, ‘What am I working on now?’ the answer will be different, and that’s fresh content for your blog.

Number two:

‘Share Your Creative Space.’ Where do you work? Whether it’s your home, a craft studio, or any other space, let your readers in on it. People are curious and love to see behind-the-scenes glimpses. A couple of pictures and a brief description of your workspace will do the trick.

Number three:

‘What Inspires You?’ Your creative inspiration can come from various aspects of life. Share these sources of inspiration with your readers. They don’t just want to buy your products; they want to connect with the story behind them. This type of content provides a glimpse into your creative process.

Number four:

‘Create a Gift List from Your Products.’ Turn your products into potential gift ideas. This is a limitless area because your products are suitable for different occasions. For example, you can create a birthday gift list for moms. Showcase your products and explain why each one would make a perfect gift. Focus on the emotional benefit of the gift, not just its features.

For each of these posts, you don’t need much. A couple of images, a paragraph or two, and links to the products you’re talking about. Make it easy for readers to transition from your blog to your shop. This way, you’ll convert your readers into customers.

Round Up

As you can see, these four types of blog posts are all based on what you’re already doing every day. By sharing these aspects of your business, you’re providing engaging content for your audience. So take these ideas, set aside 15 minutes for each, write them up, and pre-schedule them on your blog. You’ll have a whole month’s worth of blog posts ready to go.

I always write my posts several days before publishing. They remain in draft with a scheduled date and time to publish. In this way, if I think of other things to add to the posts, I can do a quit edit, save, and keep the publishing scheduled as is or modify that too.

I sometimes have three blogs scheduled to publish at a time.

    • Hi ya Debbie,

Thanks for letting me know about the video. It should not have been private, oh well its fixed now.

I see you are organized with your scheduling your blog posts. I would say even though you save them in draft mode, make sure you have a copy on your own computer. Just in-case your site goes down or a fault that’s out of your control happens, you will still have your blogs posts on hand.

I hope you pop back to view the video.

  • Hi Janet, thanks for sharing this video. Most helpful & straight forward. I’ve yet to begin with blogging! I recently established my website http://www.stokepensandgifts.co.uk but obviously need to keep up to date with blogs and links, etc. Also, I am running 2 businesses. The second business is Portable Appliance Testing, for which I am at the moment making a new website. So, hopefully, I will be able to use your advice on the video in order to promote both businesses. I also noticed your slogan “B passionate B focused B blessed”. Out of the three I find that being focused is the most challenging with so many other distractions! Even my writing this is distracting me from what I intended to begin with this morning, making a new website! However, I just felt the need to watch your video and give you feedback, so need to go now. Thanks again and B blessed.

    • Hi ya Melvyn

Thank you for yielding to your distraction 🙂 and leaving me your comment, I do really appreciate it. Yes blogging even though not in your business mix, will really help in getting your business more exposure. Focus can be hard to manage, the first thing you should do is not be hard on yourself when you do lose focus. Running a business takes a lot and you have 2, so losing focus on tasks you are working on will happen. When it does happen just reassess what you need to do and go back into it, or take a 5 minute break then go back into it. Tasks not finished will still be there tomorrow.

Do keep me updated with your blogging and businesses progress

  • Hi Janet, How are you? It’s Alison, formerly style mummy, now grey chic! Love the video, great idea to add this method to your website and love the ideas too. I’m so time-poor, like all busy bloggers and know only too well those late nights with a mug of hot chocolate trying to edit a post for next morning. These ideas are sound and so easy, why didn’t I think of that?! Many thanks and all the best, Alison xx

    • Hi ya Alison,

How are you doing? I’m doing great thanks and yes i noticed a name change, i thought i was in the wrong place at first:) I’m glad you can use these ideas to help you in your blogging world. We all need more time to do everything, and guess what if we was given an extra 5 hours a day it still would not be enough. Bulk blogging can be easy if you make it fun and think out of the box a bit. Plus it gives you that important time to find more inspiration for your next set of blog posts.

      Hope to see you again
      Blessings Janet
